Okay, you put it in the correct place. But it still needs some fixing.

I am not aware of what the '30', and '100' go to.

Here is an example of how to do it:

Name: Sync
Age: 14
Race: Half-Saiyan
And so on and so forth.

Also, those techniques are Canon. You can learn them in the RP, by training under people such as Master Roshi, but for now, you'll have to make your own technique. A Custom one.
